POLICIES

  • NOTE: As a mobile service, we do not have a studio or salon for you to come to, and we do not travel more than 25 miles one way for a single service. So it is imperative that you are able to host the service somewhere in Toledo or surrounding areas in order to book with us!

  • Weekend trial sessions are not available due to other booked events. Out of state brides are encouraged to schedule their trial to take place during the wedding week if convenient for them.

  • A signed contract and non-refundable 50% retainer payment is required to secure a date in our calendar. Bookings made less than 60 days in advance require payment in FULL. Due to high demand, all dates are first-come, first-served and no date is held without both of these things firmly in place. Dates may become unavailable at any time without notice.

  • Time flies, and so do wedding dates! We typically book 8-10 months in advance and recommend that you book your date sooner rather than later. Saturdays are in especially high demand - so don't wait too long before reserving your spot, or else it could become unavailable without notice.

  • We do not hold dates without a signed contract and retainer payment firmly in place - all dates are first come, first serve.
